Sarah Hurst is in her first year as a Co-Chair for tennis. She brings a wealth of experience as a player, coach and USTA Tournament Director. She is a former Division III All-American tennis player at Connecticut College and 1999 Hall of Fame Inductee. From 1995-2005, Sarah was an Associate Professor of Physical Education, Athletics and Recreation and Head Tennis Coach at Carleton College. She has played on numerous USTA women’s league teams at the 4.5 and 5.0 levels and mixed doubles at the 9.0 level. She now teaches physical education classes at Lake Superior College. Sarah continues to play tournaments and is a Teaching Professional at the Arrowhead Tennis and Athletic Center.
