Welcome to YOUR Village- A True Athlete Experience!

The Minneapolis Convention Center is the hub of activity for The Games, and the heart of it is The Village: A Health & Wellness Expo and Athlete Experience sponsored by AstraZeneca Diabetes. After you check in, take a look around and plan to return again for the many special presentations, demonstrations, interactive displays and more for you to discover.

Speakers of note will take to the Goodman Group Main Stage to educate and inspire. The Village will also include The Activity Area sponsored by AARP, The Lounge sponsored by Florida Sports Foundation, and Fitness Demonstrations and Bingo sponsored by Silver Sneakers. This Daily Flyer will display Today and Tomorrow schedules so pick up a copy when you return. The schedule is also available on The Village page under 2015 National Senior Games at

More than 40 exhibitors have great programs, products and informational displays aimed to enrich your life. One of the largest areas is hosted by our Presenting Sponsor Humana.  In addition to biometric screenings, a Humana Healthy Quiz and a sign-making station, you can also share you wellness journey story at the Real People, Real Stories Video Booth.

Your story will be made into a short video that will be sent to you, and you can then share it on social media. Attendees will also be encouraged to download – for free from the iTunes or Google Play Store – the philanthropic exercise app Charity Miles. Through Humana’s sponsorship, Charity Miles will donate 25 cents for each mile biked, walked or run during the Games to the national charity of the user’s choice.

And, of course, no trip is complete without grabbing a 2015 logo shirt or other imprinted item to remember your experience in Minnesota. Enjoy YOUR Village, and come back often!
